A quiet standard of care, above the Atlantic.

Your Island Host is a premium property management and booking platform devoted to the island of Madeira. We look after exceptional homes — from Funchal apartments to cliffside villas in Calheta and Santana — on behalf of owners who live elsewhere or simply prefer not to manage the day-to-day. Our work spans every layer of hosting: onboarding and styling, professional photography, dynamic pricing across Airbnb, Booking.com and our own direct channel, guest communications, professional cleaning, and long-term tenancies for owners seeking steady, hands-off income.

This platform is built for two audiences. The first are property owners — Madeiran residents and foreign investors alike — who want their homes cared for to a five-star standard while earning a fair, transparent return. The second are travellers arriving on the island, who deserve a seamless, direct way to discover and book remarkable stays without the friction of third-party booking fees. By serving both well, we keep homes full, guests delighted, and owners informed.

Your Island Host is built and run by a small Funchal-based team that answers in four languages and treats every property as if it were their own. We know this island — its levadas, its markets, its harbour evenings — and we fold that local knowledge into every guest welcome and every owner report. We believe premium hosting should feel quiet, unhurried, and entirely reliable, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to across every stay we manage.
